Creating the logo for The Studio something both emotional and animated, something that made a statement about what The Studio is and does. Our designer, Tish Hicks created this mandala of Thor's Hammers and we loved it.
In researching the Hammer we found that it is a symbol not of aggressive might, but of protection, creativity and fertility. Thor is the warder and protector of human kind. His hammer is used to hallow things and people. In its essence it means holiness, lightning, and enlightenment. This hammer is a creative tool, like a blacksmith's hammer, and is used as a weapon of war only against chaos.
Here at The Studio we aim to look a little closer at life and its interplay with our human condition. We found all that out about Thor’s Hammer while just looking for a cool logo … its funny what life has to offer if you just look a little closer.
